There is a certain irony in getting cut off on the freeway by a car loaded with wrapped Christmas presents. It may be crunch time at the Mall, with panic in the streets, but such careless rushing is frustrating and can raise the blood pressure and cause accidents.
Stop. Put a moratorium on deadlines. Be kind to yourself... and others.
