Music of the World
Right Words at the Right Time
Stop. Put a moratorium on deadlines. Be kind to yourself... and others. "Enjoy the little things for one day. You may look back and realize they were the big things," advised writer Robert Brault. Kindness can work miracles. If you have a choice, ALWAYS choose kindness... It'll do your heart the greatest good. "Truly successful people," observed motivational speaker Zig Ziglar. "Are givers and forgivers." (P.S. Home-made presents are fun to give and fun to receive and OFTEN outshine store-bought ones...)
"Kind words are the music of the world. They have power that seems to be beyond natural causes, as if they were some angel's song that had lost its way and come to earth." ~ Frederick William Faber
There is a certain irony in getting cut off on the freeway by a car loaded with wrapped Christmas presents. It may be crunch time at the Mall, with panic in the streets, but such careless rushing is frustrating and can raise the blood pressure and cause accidents.
Choose kindness.
